It’s not easy being green.

Why is it that when there’s a fight going on among my friends and family, even if it doesn’t involve me, I can’t stay emotionally disconnected? It completely throws me into a funk. Sometimes I wish I could just pick a side and use the righteous anger against the other to fuel me into productivity, but unfortunately, I tend to sympathize with both parties more often than not. And that’s a really bad place to be in when they don’t sympathize with each other.

  1. I’d say that it’s useful to be able to sympathize with both sides–it may allow you to help them understand each other.
